So even though it's Thursday it feels like Friday should have been yesterday... It's been a long week! I'm taking summer classes, which is a shorter semester so I go everyday so there is all the adjusting and homework involved with that. And then there is another little distraction/play thing/annoyance that is my sweet kitten Berlioz.
I wanted a companion here in Tally, but knew my sweet kitty Katrina would be so stressed if she left home and came here (it would be quite the lifestyle change). My boyfriend Kyle was kind of wanting a feline to mess around with, so long story short he and I adopted two boy kittens who are brothers-- Bo and Berlioz (L-R in pic). They are so adorable!
They were staying with Kyle in Daytona, but on Sunday Berlioz came with me back to school, and it's been an adjustment. My roommate has dogs, it's a new place and a tiny bedroom... And he's decided he quite likes waking me up at 5am to play...
But I'm looking on the bright side. He is just looking out for me. He knows deep down I'm more productive the earlier I wake up, including going to the gym. So as annoying as it is, I am grateful to have this little guy with me, helping me keep myself on track and "helping" me blog. I just need to remind myself of that at 5am or part way though the night when my feet are being attacked.... lol
