Five Friday Favorites

Let me just tell you how happy I am it's Friday....
I'M SO HAPPY IT'S FRIDAY!!

I've had kind of a rough week.... My summer classes (actually only one of my classes) are killing me. I basically have to be studying 24/7, and it's for financial accounting so can I get a YUCK. But anyway, the weekend is here, so now I can relax but also get ahead on things!

From here on out I'll be linking up my Five friday Favorites with "5 On Friday", brought to you by The Good life Blog!

So here it goes, my Five Friday Favorites for this week!

1. This was actually last Friday afternoon-- my boyfriend came into town for some birthday weekend festivities, and when he got here on Friday he was exhausted from his 24 hr shift (he's a firefighter, and got no sleep the night before because of calls). While I went to class, he stayed home and napped, and when I came back and started doing homework I look over and see him and my sweet kitty making basically the same pose. SO CUTE!

2. Also on a kitty note, Berlioz started to climb his first tree this week! Such a proud mamma!!

3. I attended a Premier Designs Jeweler Training this week that I hadn't been to before. It was an hour away, but so so worth it! I met some beautiful and wonderful women, and I just knew that God wanted me there. It was perfect, and I can't wait to go back! What also was awesome was my outfit LOL! I paired our Bubble Bath necklace with navy and white, for a nice classic but fun look!

4. So as previously mentioned, my financial accounting class is killing me. We had a test this week that I studied really hard for, and post-test I was feeling like I did well enough to bring up my overall grade in the class... Well not so much. I did do better on this test than the first, but not exactly what I had in mind. After I saw my grade I was in a pretty bad mood, but then, with the help of my awesome roommate, things took a turn (possibly). I'm now thinking about a minor in Entrepreneurship instead of the minor in Business I was pursuing. My whole reason for a minor in Bus/Entrep. is to prepare myself somehow for down the road when I own my own business and do both interior design and event planning. But I don't need to be stressing this much about a minor, when the focus should be on getting through my interior design classes for my major. The Entrepreneurship minor seems like a better, big-picture type program, which is much more up my alley! So I'm going to look into it!

5. I got my Go & Do Statement Tee from ModestPop in the mail! I forget how I found this online store, but I'd been looking for a graphic tee for a bit and really liked the colors and design of this one, and the message behind it--the idea that we can't just have simple faith in something, we have to have deeper faith that actually propels us to go & do! I can't wait to style this, and it's suuuppppeeeerrr soft.... bonus!

Have a great weekend everyone!
