A lot has happened this week! I flew home on Tuesday-- I'm so happy to be back in Colorado for the holidays with my family. It's definitely a special time of the year, as I'm sure y'all would agree, and I'm very thankful I get the opportunity to be here.
On that note, here are my Five Friday Favorites!
1. I spent my Monday with Kyle in Daytona, running errands and helping him with his Christmas shopping. When you're long distance, it's even the simple activities that generate fun times and good memories, and Monday was certainly one of those days. We picked out and decorated his Christmas tree, which was fun and romantic all at once. :) I really do love this kid. We have a lot of fun together, and I can't imagine my life without him! (Sorry for the mush, but it's true!)
2. Coming home! Simple as that! I get to see my fluffy pets too :) Trooper seems to get fluffier every time I see him...
3. Spending time with friends I haven't seen in awhile! I went to Noodles and Company with my friend Kelsey, did a Pure Barre workout with Rachael and Jessica, and had coffee with Miranda and Sydney. It's fun to still be able to catch up while I'm home!
4. Sleeping in my bed in my old room :) It's got Christmas pillows for decoration and a perfect amount of cat hair from my kitty girl Katrina.
5. On Thursday night, I went to watch the Colorado Avalanche take on the Oilers! It was a great game-- I really do enjoy a good hockey game. It's rough, rugged, and you get to wear cozy clothes! We had special passes to go down on the ice afterward, and my brother and I took turns sitting in the penally box. Lots of fun!
Hope you had a great week!
