I am now the owner of two pairs of Keds! While my mom was here, we did a lot of shopping for Florence this summer, and I told her one thing I was feeling was missing was some fashionable yet comfortable sneakers to wear while I peruse the streets of Italy. After doing some shopping research last week, I was just not sure what style sneaker I would feel comfortable wearing with skirts and dresses. After all, I usually gravitate towards sandals or flats. While we were out and about, we came across this perfect pair of Keds at Kohls, but the style is not available online, and the store's smallest size was a 6... Which would not work for my tiny feet!
Our shopping continued and we wandered into another shoe store the next day and... voila! Two pairs of size 5.5 Keds later, I got the original golden striped pair and a red pair that I think will be perfect for Europe! I'm going to be wearing them a lot now, to test out their comfort level and break them in, so I had a little fun playing with different ways to rock them.

Sorry for the belated post today. I'm spending my Tuesday recovering from working on my project into the wee hours of the morning, and even with a nap I'm running on fumes. I usually think I'm pretty good with time management, but sometimes you just slip up. We've all been there, right?
