Blouse from a boutique in Italy / J Crew Factory Shorts (different colors here)
This necklace, Spectrum, has been in the Premier collection for awhile now, almost as long as I've been a jeweler. I don't own it myself, so this is my mom's (I love raiding her jewelry box when I'm home!) and normally I'm not drawn to wear it. But the other day, it seemed like this was the perfect necklace for my neutral outfit. The bright colors added just the right touch of color I needed to take this outfit from blah to glam!
