As spring approaches, one of my favorite accessories to battle warm weather outside and chilly AC blasting inside is a chic scarf. Scarves are also one of my favorite souvenirs to pick up in my travels. They can be very inexpensive, you usually forget to pack them, and they are easy to cram into your suitcase at the end of the trip! It all started back in the summer of 2014, when my family and I went on a river cruise through Europe and I picked up a fun floral scarf in a village in Germany. I wore it so much throughout the rest of our time there!
I even brought it with me last summer, when I studied abroad in Florence, Italy. I wore it on our first outing, and many times throughout the trip. I also picked up two others, one in Florence and the other on a weekend trip in the Cinque Terre. After my time in Italy, I travelled around after with a friend and while in Scotland, I just had to get a plaid scarf too! Plus it was colder than I had packed clothes for. :)
