Be prepared to be shocked. Walmart is stepping it up in their clothing department. I know. Crazy right? I'm sure I'm not the only fashionista around who has sworn to Target having the best mass retailed, low-cost shopping for all things clothes and accessories. Nothing against Walmart, I just never thought of it as an inexpensive fashion headquarters.
Over the weekend I went onto Walmart's website to look at something, and a banner on their home screen showcasing a cute top led me to look through their clothes... And I was very pleasantly surprised! They had lots of cute, on-trend pieces (think black and white, leather and stud accents, cobalt blue) all for less than $20 each! And yes I mean dresses less than $20!
