Happy Friday Everyone! So glad it's the weekend!! My Big and my sweet boyfriend are both coming into town today to celebrate my birthday! So much love :) I had a wonderful week, as you will see from my five favorite things this week....
1. After a rough Tuesday I headed to Marshall's for some retail therapy (awful I know. I will confess I also went to DSW. I need help!). There, I found the perfect leopard print blouse! I had a gift card, so I only paid 50 something cents for it. As you might recall from this post, I was on the lookout for a leopard blouse, so I'm happy I found a less-expensive one locally!
2. My birthday morning was wonderful! First I woke up to this handsome kitty face (the same face that may or may not have woken me at 3:30 am to play..), shortly followed by funny and sweets card from my parents and texts from my boyfriend. Then I opened my gift from my parents, this beautiful ruby and white sapphire ring with 21 stones! Very thoughtful :)
3. On my birthday, I got this surprise package in the mail from my awesome friends back home in Colorado, Rachael and Jessica! They used their crafty skills to embellish martini glasses with personalized messages, and even made me flowers lol! So sweet :) love them!
4. My outfit on my birthday! A simple summery look with white, cornflower blue, and mint! Sporting two of my favorite Premier necklaces, one wrapped through the other.
5. And last, but not least... my first "legal" drink at a local restaurant/bar, Midtown Filling Station! Cheers!
